He made the experience all about me, asked questions so I would get what I expected as well as making me feel super comfortable. Thank you for the great customer service! Great barber shop. Prices on par with others in the area, but I've now tried 3 barbers with varying levels of experience and all have been able to give me the cut I'm looking for. Staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is nice and sophisticated. Everyone has been able to work off both photos and verbal descriptions of what I want, and maintains some conversation throughout to provide a personable experience. would recommend.
I've tried so many barbershops in Cambridge, and they've all been a mixed bag—mostly disappointing. So glad I found Razor's Barbershop! Phil was amazing and gave me a great experience. I asked for a mid-taper fade and showed him photos of me with that haircut, and he knew exactly what to do. A true professional barber. I’ll definitely be coming back again!
Anthony and Alyssa are 2 of the best barbers i have ever had. Anthony clearly about the customer experience for all that come into his shop, a rarity in today's age. Coffee shop that is attached is also quite tasty!
Alyssa was one of the best barbers I've had at this location. She asked me a lot of questions, we had a great conversation, and I tried hair clay for the first time. I hope she permanently has a chair there because I'd love to visit again!
I need to shout out game when I see it. The atmosphere Anthony has created at Razors is as elevated as any salon, but relaxed and upscale for today’s gentlemen. Do yourself a favor and get the full straight razor shave experience- the layering of scents with the hot and cold towels is something he’s put a lot of thought into and it elevated the already exceptional experience. Well done
